How the voucher reaches you
- Every entry is checked
- A person reviews each entry rather than a voucher going out automatically. That is what takes up to 7 days.
- Sent by email
- To the address you entered, once your entry is approved. Nothing is posted to you and nothing arrives at your door.
- We may call you
- To confirm the entry is genuine. A real call from us asks only whether you entered. It never asks for bank details, an OTP or a payment.
Why we are asking
FairPrice groups products made in Singapore into a single range, online and in store, and we supply part of it. What we do not know is how shoppers actually come across it: whether people look for the label, which aisles they expect it in, and what would make them pick it over the imported option.
Your answers are read together with everyone else's. Nothing you answer is attached to your name in any report.
Before you start
To review your entry and issue the voucher we collect your name, email address, mobile number and the last 4 digits and letter of your NRIC or FIN. They are used to send the voucher, to check that each person enters once, and to confirm the entry is genuine. Survey answers are analysed in aggregate. We do not sell your details, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
We will never ask you for
- Your full NRIC or FIN number
- Bank, card or PayNow details
- A password, an OTP, or a one-time code of any kind
- Payment of any amount, including delivery or admin fees
This holds on the phone too. If a page, a message or a caller claiming to run this campaign asks for any of the above, it is not us. Hang up and write to the contact in the footer.
