Terms and conditions

This campaign is run by EverTrust Solutions Pte Ltd ("the Organiser"), an authorised distributor of products in the Made in Singapore range stocked at FairPrice. FairPrice is the retail partner and the issuer of the voucher; the campaign is operated by the Organiser.

It has no fixed closing date and closes once all 500 vouchers have been claimed.

No purchase is necessary to take part, and taking part does not require you to buy anything at any point.

You must be resident in Singapore, aged 18 or above, and have a Singapore mobile number and an email address you can access.

Employees of the Organiser and their immediate families are not eligible.

Answer all 5 survey questions and submit your name, email address, mobile number and the last four digits and letter of your NRIC or FIN. Entries that are incomplete, or that give a number which is not a valid Singapore mobile, cannot be processed.

Entries are not approved automatically. The Organiser reviews each one and may telephone the number given to confirm that the entry is genuine before issuing a voucher. Review takes up to 7 days.

A call from the Organiser will only ask whether you took part in this survey. It will never ask for your full NRIC, bank or card details, a password, a one-time code, or any payment. If a caller asks for any of these, they are not acting for the Organiser.

An entry may be declined where it cannot be verified. The Organiser is not obliged to explain an individual decision.

The first 500 approved entries each receive one S$10 FairPrice Group E-Voucher. The number remaining is shown on the campaign page.

Limit of 1 voucher per person. The mobile number you give is used to identify each person, so a second entry from the same number will not receive a second voucher.

Vouchers are sent by email from an @evertrustsolutions.com address to the address given, after the entry is approved. The voucher is usable online and at over 190 FairPrice stores and is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued. Use of the voucher is also subject to the voucher issuer's own terms.

Vouchers have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost, deleted, or sent to an address entered incorrectly.

Once all 500 have been issued the survey closes and no further vouchers are given. Entries submitted before that point are still reviewed.

We collect your name, email address, mobile number and the last four digits and letter of your NRIC or FIN in order to review your entry, contact you about it, issue the voucher, and check that each person enters once. We also store your survey answers.

Your survey answers are analysed together with everyone else's. No report identifies you by name, number or email address.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it to send you marketing unless you separately agree to that elsewhere.

We keep your contact details for up to 12 months after the campaign closes, so that we can deal with queries about vouchers that did not arrive, and then delete them. You may ask us to delete them sooner, or withdraw your consent, by writing to info@evertrustsolutions.com.

We collect only the last four digits and letter of your NRIC or FIN, to help confirm who you are when we verify an entry. We never ask for, and will not accept, your full NRIC or FIN number. We do not collect bank, card or payment details, and we will never ask you for a password or a one-time code, on this website or on the telephone.

If any website, message or caller claiming to run this campaign asks you for any of those, it is not us. Please do not reply to it.

The Organiser may reject an entry, or withdraw a voucher, where there is reasonable evidence of automated submissions, multiple entries using different numbers held by one person, or details that are not the entrant's own.

The Organiser may change these terms or end the campaign early where it is necessary to do so. Vouchers already issued will be honoured.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
